All products will be inspected before packaging, to avoid sending damaged items to purchasers.  All of our products are guaranteed brand new, we do not carry pre-owned merchandise. 

In the event that the products are damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as you receive them so that we can arrange for a refund or a replacement. Please also provide images to support the refund and we will guide you through the refund process.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

The information you provide to us will never be shared with, accessed by or given to any other third party, within or outside of Hong Kong geographic area, which are not directly servicing your order. Specific information related to financial, credit cards shall be provided and securely used and accessed by bank processing center, for the purposes set out in this policy. In addition, your name, telephone and shipping information will be provided to other third parties such as carriers that deliver orders, process credit card payments and provide support services on our behalf.
