You can place your order after adding items into the shopping cart; products could be found on the index page (New Arrivals) or within the "Shop All" section, you can then add them to your shopping cart and follow the instruction to the payment. At checkout, you have to complete all the 4 steps. The filter on the left side of the "Shop All" section has been added, which could be used to narrow your searches. You may eventually order by email.

Your orders would be bubble-wrapped before putting into parcels, in order to avoid any damages during shipment. All orders will be shipped through registered airmail via HongKong Post Office, tracking number(s) would be provided after being processed by the post office. EMS/Speedpost is also an option for faster delivery, but it would be relatively more pricey.

In normal situtations, it would take approximately 2 weeks for regular airmail or4 days for EMS/Speedpost. *Unfortunately during the current Coronavirus situation, the delivery duration make take much longer.

Yes you can, only if the order has not yet been shipped. And a transaction fees of 4% will not be refunded.
