On October 30, 2010 Lockheed Martin F-16D Block 52+ 07-0018 along with two F-16C Block
52+, was delivered to the Pakistan Air Force at Shahbaz Air Base. The aircraft received the PAF
serial 10806 and assigned to the No. 5 Squadron �??Falcons�?�, Pakistan�??s only F-16 squadron. The
No. 5 Squadron is Pakistan�??s second oldest squadron and was formed on August 15, 1947. In
total Pakistan received twelve C variants and six D variants of the F-16 between June 2010 and
February 2012.
